PROCESSING OF DATA OF CANDIDATES FOR INTERNSHIPS AT THE CONSORCIO MADROÑO

Consorcio Madroño processes the information provided by candidates for the internships we organise in order to keep candidates informed about vacancies for the position applied for at one of the member universities of Consorcio Madroño. The data provided will be kept for a maximum period of one year so that other students can be incorporated into the internship if the successful applicant or the corresponding university decides to terminate the contract. The data will also be deleted when the internship ends or when a candidate exercises his/her right of cancellation. Candidates also have the right to access their personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request deletion when the data is no longer required.

The data will only and exclusively be given to the university where the internship will be carried out so that they can assess the candidate’s suitability for the position offered.

Those necessary to manage the CVs:

PROCESSING OF SUBSCRIBERS TO THE CONSORCIO MADROÑO NEWSLETTER

At the Consorcio Madroño we offer the possibility of subscribing to a newsletter in which we provide relevant information about our activity. We process the data of subscribers in order to know the addresses to which the newsletter will be sent. The data provided will be kept until the user exercises his/her right of cancellation by unsubscribing from the newsletter. All subscribers to the Consorcio Madroño newsletter have the right to access their personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary.

Under no circumstances will the data of newsletter subscribers be passed on to third parties.

PROCESSING OF DATA RELATING TO THOSE REGISTERED FOR TRAINING EVENTS ORGANISED BY THE CONSORCIO MADROÑO

Consorcio Madroño processes the information provided by those registered for training events organised by Consorcio Madroño in order to generate attendance certificates, keep track of attendance, and inform those registered for one of our events about important information relating to the event, such as changes to the programme, timetable or location of the event and inform them when the presentations or videos generated at the event are available if they are generated.

Candidates also have the right to access their personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer required.

The data of those registered for training events may only be passed on to their institution of origin.

DATA PROCESSING OF GUESTBOOKS FOR DATASETS IN THE e-cienciaDatos DATA REPOSITORY

The Consorcio Madroño manages the e-cienciaDatos research data repository, which has the possibility to include guestbooks for datasets whose depositors request them.

These data will be used by the researchers depositing the dataset and by the e-cienciaDatos administrators (for example, to resolve possible technical incidents or methodological doubts or to explore possible avenues of collaboration, among other potential uses).

The data provided will be kept for as long as the dataset in question is accessible. Visitors to the dataset have the right to access their personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer needed.
